We offer self-directed or therapeutic stays.

Self-Directed Stays:
Self-directed stays are just that:  you enjoy the basic amenities and healing modalities (near-infrared sauna, indoor deep soaking tub, outdoor therapeutic hot tub, and cold plunge) on your own, with generalized guidance.

Rates:
$144 / night (2-night minimum)
Discounted rates for longer stays (please contact us to discuss) 




Therapeutic Stays:
Therapeutic stays are custom-designed to support your personal goals. Some focus examples:
 
Rest, rejeuvanate, and expand
Treatment for environmental exposure (mold, etc.)
Foundational nutrition and detoxification
1-5 day fast
Cancer diagnosis fast and contemplation 

Therapeutic visits include an initial discovery call, pre-stay call (about a week before you arrive), intake consult or coaching session upon arrival, and post-stay follow-up call. You'll have access to all amenities and modalities (including therapeutic), and guided support during your visit.  You will be in charge of your healing journey and will lean into your intuitive skills and connection with The Creator to identify the way forward. The aim is to expand personal empowerment and provide you with tools that you can use for a lifetime and share with others. All therapeutic stays will include in-person and documented education on foundational lifestyle practices, circadian rhythm regulation, musical breathwork, and biofield protection and restoration.

2 weeks - 10% discount
3 weeks - 15% discount
4 weeks - 20% discount

*Therapeutic stay rates include all amenities except for craniosacral and Electro-Episcope  sessions, which are an additional charge.
